The aim of our services is to deliver higher quality of security services in order to find more effective ways to obtain criminal & subversive evidence as well as to provide security protection in more sophisticated way to its valued clients to relieve the management more completely of all security & allied problems.
CHARTER OF RESPONSIBILITY:
A) To check all incoming & outgoing materials / goods.
B) To ensure that no theft, pilfirage & subversive incidents takes place.
C) To ensure that no unauthorized person enters the premises & creates nuisance or disturbance.
D) To ensure proper regulation of causal / daily visitors.
E) To maintain cordial relation between management & union as per company's advice.
F)To assist in fire fighting arrangements.
G) To assist & inform management about important events during strike.
H) To carry out any other task allotted by the management pertaining to the security of the premises.

SURPRISE CHECKS & ROUND
The CERA SECURITY FORCE undertakes weekly surprise checks including night rounds. It will be our responsibility to supervise the posted staff, by our Company's Senior Officer or an officer deputed by you.

CERA SECURITY FORCE prepared the security report with suggestions or inside information on basis recommendation of our senior officers / staff.

The form will be duly signed by the clients or an authorised representative. Client's suggestions will always be highly solicited.
REPLACEMENT & ROTATION OF SECURITY PERSONNEL:
The CERA SECURITY FORCE rotates its personal as we do not encourage our staff
to become familiar and acquitance with the employees or the union. If the client is not satisfied with any security personnel, merely a phone call will be sufficient to transfer him within 24 hours. However, we reserve the right to change our staff from premises of the client at any time as and when found necessary.
COUNTER STRIKE / EMERGENCY STAFF:
We are fully equipped with emergency staff handle all types of hostile strike, lookout gheraos etc. As we are maintaining counter strike squad as well as we can provide you with emergency staff to handle casual, sick, leave and other irregular absenteeism around the clock. We can provide you also the ceremonial security personnel / staff for your all other special and auspicious occasions/functions.

The above rate without PF/ESI
The rate will be decided as per your convenience after the meeting.
The charges quoted above are for 12 hours duty shift. The charges are exclusive of weekly offs. One reliever charges for every 6 guards is added towards weekly offs. If less than 6 guards the weekly off charges are calculated on pro-rata basis. In addition to the above service charge@ 10% on the total value of the bill is levied.

1. The above rates are inclusive of uniform salary. The statutory dues such as PF/ Esic would be applicable & charged accordingly.
2. The % service charged is for maintaining administration, overall supervision, responsibilities and risk management etc.
3 We will provide you with the best and trained Guard so please take one chance. I hope you take a long time to give service to your place.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
The payment must reach our office latest by 7th of the succeeding month by cheque / pay order/demand draft in favour of CERA SECURITY FORCE drawn at Varanasi UP. This is also ensure timely payment of the security personnel as per the labour Law which envisage, payments timely payment of the security personnel as per the Labour Law, which envisage, payment are to be made on or about 10th day of the succeeding month.
